Big Idea: Those who Know Christ Know Peace!
Four actions:

What does it look like to pray with thanksgiving?

1. What are the four actions being called for in our passage, and what do they refer to? Who or what is the key to doing these things?
2. How are you doing with these four actions? Where do you need to focus more of your attention right now?
3. What are some things that you are prone to being anxious about? According to Paul, what is the remedy to anxiety? What does Jesus have to say about this? See Matthew 6:25-34.
4. What does it look like to pray with thanksgiving (vs. 6)?
5. In what two truths does Paul ground the four actions being called for in our passage? What do these two truths mean, and how do they encourage you?
6. What’s the promise in vs. 7? What do we learn about this peace in vs. 7?
